Responsible to perform business analysis for ERP Implementation Project with extensive research, stakeholder interviews, functional and technical; develop business require documents (BRD), user stories gathering, interfaces gathering, KPI documenting, demo script, questionnaire, and feedback sessions; documenting and tracking Customer Service Requests specification document for any changes needed in the system; creating and collaborated with Project Team members to establish the Technical Vision between usability and performance needs; analyzing potential solutions against Business Requirements and Financial Impact to identify the best solution. Travel to various unanticipated client locations within the United States for a few days for every three months to review the business requirements.

Experience

Must have bachelor�s in business / computers / electronics / electrical / instrumentation/ Info. Systems / MIS/ related + 1 Yr. Exp. as Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst /Soft. Engineer / Team Lead / Project Manager / Associate / Related.
